FREE medium resistance band with every order! Cathe uses the band during the "Fire Walker" exercises--a move not to be missed because it's so effective. Body Max 2 is similar in format to the original Body Max and is an advanced 97 minute total body workout. After a thorough warm-up, you'll do 25 minutes of fun and challenging step aerobics. Then you're on to 27 minutes of "Power Circuits"--intense cardio blasts followed by lower body weight training. But the workout still isn't over! You'll then do 20 minutes of upper body training, 9 minutes of abs, and a 6 minute stretch. A bonus cardio of 6 minutes is also included.
